I found the group just as I was recently diagnosed for ADHD for the first time as an adult. After a lifetime of not fully understanding or being able to explain the difficulties I had been experiencing, being in a group where all the other members not only understood, but could also share their experiences and tips was GAME CHANGING. Having a weekly space to speak with other women about challenges and sharing stories offered a new community to connect with and has helped me to not only understand myself better but also communicate with my partner (who does not have ADHD). I am so thankful I signed up for the group and highly recommend this as a resource for anyone with ADHD
